Bookmaker: Lithuania is surely one of the main contenders to win the title in the end. They proved that in the first two games and have the advantage of being hosts, so there is nothing much to add here. They were favourites by 20 points against poor Ukraine and they won by 20. They were set as favourites against Polan by 12 and won by 21 and now they are already qualified in the next stage. Slovenia on the other hand lost the game against Poland by 7 points, but it was pretty much even game. They were trailing by a few points the whole match, but got closer to 2-3 points only 2 mins before the end. In the 2nd round the won over Ukraine by 20 points. Lithuania is surely better team here and they are playing at home, but will they really push hard to overcome the spread? They only need to win this game and I am sure Slovenia can resist them for awhile. It happens a lot of time when one team is leading by a big margin and then coach gives more minutes to fringe players. Like I said, hosts only need to win this game and I am sure coach will give rest to the best after they take the lead by a comfortable margin. I’d set this line around 14 points, not more, so I find this line valuable.
